The company has managed to operate more than US$27 million with international cooperation resources focused on governments, unions, organizations, communities and leaders in different parts of Colombia.

The formulation of 81 territorial development and land-use plans for Colombian departments and municipalities. The impact on the planning and orientation of the future of these territories has focused on supporting the definition of strategic and programmatic lines, the inclusion of specific topics and financial plans.

CONSUCOL has contributed to the solution of the challenges faced by the Venezuelan migrant population, Colombian returnees and host communities. Between June 2022 and November 2024, 363,535 services were provided to these populations in 9 INTÉGRATE Integration Centers located in Bogotá (SuperCADE on Cra 30, CADE in Suba and CADE in Engativá), Medellín, Barranquilla, Cali, Riohacha, Santa Marta and Cartagena, within the framework of the INTEGRA Project operated by Chemonics International for USAID.

CONSUCOL has carried out 44 large-scale mass operations that include training and information management processes, especially in the areas of surveys, biometrics and logistics.

CONSUCOL has impacted governments, unions and territorial communities with the formulation of 3,217 community, productive and social physical infrastructure projects, many of which have been financed with resources from international cooperation, the General System of Royalties and the General System of Participations.

315 grassroots and community organizations have been trained, strengthened in organizational and documentary matters and politically empowered, together with their 1,307 leaders, including 468 women and young people.

The management of social property management and land formalization has had a significant impact through the formulation and implementation of 2 social property management plans, 1,500 requests for formalization of vacant lots that have been decongested, 350 files of properties that have been formalized, 30,608 real estate registration certificates analyzed, 600 vacant lots analyzed and processed for formalization, 46 properties occupied by public entities duly formalized, and 4,373 adjudication resolutions diagnosed and enlisted.
