Consucol accompanies corporate incorporation and legalization processes, providing technical, financial and administrative assistance in the execution of activities, in addition to offering specific consulting services according to demand. For institutional monitoring and evaluation, it applies tools such as the Organizational Capacity Index (ICO), the Institutional Capacity Index for Ethnic Care (ICAE) and the Organizational Capacity Index for Ethnic Organizations (ICOE), among others.

Consucol has extensive experience in supporting electoral processes, participating in the operation of citizen enrollment, biometrics, scrutiny and digitization in presidential, legislative and local elections, in coordination with the National Civil Registry and its operators. It also operates biometric enrollments for public entities and companies, managing both the information and the logistics of registrations in electronic platforms for programs of access to goods and services. In terms of socioeconomic and institutional information, it designs and applies censuses and characterization surveys, as well as baselines and exit lines in the framework of public and private interventions.

Consucol implements programs and projects through technical assistance, training and territorial accompaniment within the framework of national and international cooperation initiatives. It also promotes capacity building and management processes for organizations, companies and local governments.

It offers administration and management services of financial, human and logistical resources for entities and programs, including “outsourced” execution of resources and accompaniment in the search for funding from national and international entities. In situations of social, natural or economic emergency, Consucol provides logistical services in the territory and support for the rapid implementation of programs and projects.

In the formulation, structuring, financing and project management component, Consucol has led productive initiatives associated with subsidies for the acquisition and formalization of land, highlighting its experience in the agreement between the National Land Agency (ANT) and ACDI VOCA. In addition, it has structured community, social and ethnic physical infrastructure projects and sectoral and institutional strengthening projects, managing resources from international cooperation, the General System of Royalties and the General System of Participations.

In the area of consulting, we develop studies, research and evaluations for public entities, as well as technical advisory services for private sector companies and projects.

In the area of governance, Consucol provides technical assistance, training and accompaniment to territorial governments and social, productive and grassroots organizations, such as community action boards, also supporting spaces for consultation and participation. It also offers tax management strategies for departments, major cities and municipalities of different sizes, making it possible to increase revenues without the need for reforms to revenue statutes, tariffs or structural administrative changes.

In the design of public policies, the firm participates in the construction of territorial policies and programs of social and institutional interest, validating national methodologies through pilot projects and evaluating the management and impact of public policies, programs and projects directly in the field.

From the participation and information dimension, plans and programs are monitored through social participation and public information schemes, in addition to supporting accountability processes, institutional linkages and coordination of initiatives, as well as the systematization and analysis of strategic information.

In socioeconomic and institutional development, Consucol leads the formulation, management, financing and implementation of development plans and strategic sectoral programs at the territorial level. It also carries out processes of formalization of rural property, management of land records and accompaniment in adjudication requests.

In the area of sustainability, the formulation and updating of land management plans and schemes, as well as departmental guidelines, and the structuring of social property management plans, promoting rational land use and formal access to land, stand out.
